In most cases, one month before you plan to rent an apartment is sufficient. We offer flexibility, the contracts can be terminated or extended on a monthly basis, so we only know the full availability of the next month one month in advance.
If you wish to book an apartment, after a possible viewing, we will send you a rental agreement by mail. When you sign the rental agreement, the following fee is due:
