The furnished rentals depend on the length of the lease and the type of apartment required.
We can offer you both short and long term rent.

There is a possibility to rent an enclosed garage on less than 100 meter from the apartment.

We ensure flexibilty with the possibility of extending your lease month by month.

Deposit is one month rent.

ALL costs included in the price:
- internet, water, electricity, heating, fire insurance.
